We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your booking, please note that a full refund is only available when cancellation is made at least 3 weeks before the class start date.
Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the class begins are non-refundable, as your spot has been reserved and materials and scheduling have already been prepared.
Please note that we do not offer rescheduling, so kindly ensure you are available for your selected dates before booking.
For private events and group bookings, a deposit is required to secure your date. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance to be eligible for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They do not expire and can be used for any offering at Pottery by Tolu Studio.
